Terms of purchase
Care of CA Andersson sells goods via the internet to private individuals and companies in Sweden with personal or organization numbers. To shop with us, you must be 18 years of age and have a valid Swedish ID document for parcel shipments. If you are under 18 years of age, you need to have received consent for your purchase from your guardian. For card purchases where the customer is a minor, the principal is responsible for the card.
Ordering is done on our website careofshop.caandersson.com. Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and agree that the name and personal or organization number are registered in our customer register. Purchase agreements are only made when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you specified. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery for any reason can not be made, and if you have placed multiple orders, we reserve the right to merge your orders and deliver them in one package.
Prices and product images
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. Any shipping cost will be added, depending on which shipping option you choose when ordering.
The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and nature of the product is reproduced. We reserve the right to make any errors in the product information and reserve the right to change product information and prices without prior notice.

Shipping and delivery
At checkout, you can choose between different shipping methods.
Care of CA Andersson normally handles your order within 24 hours (weekends) from order until the item leaves our warehouse, provided we have the item in stock. When the product has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility passes to the shipping companies who deliver your order within the set time for the chosen shipping method. Care of CA Andersson can not provide any delay guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of order or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the product reaches you can be longer than what is stated as normal for the chosen shipping method.
The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. There may be times that make it impossible for us to fulfill the order, for example if our supplier is unable to fulfill its commitment to us. Contact us if you wish to cancel your purchase.
At checkout, you can choose between payment methods invoice, Swish, Klarna and card payment.
Care of CA Andersson has the right to do a credit check where necessary to be able to grant credit time. As a customer, you undertake to pay within the set time for the chosen payment method. Payment after the due date can lead to late fees and interest.
Right of withdrawal and return
As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to LODA - The Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you received the item. The product needs to be returned in an unchanged condition for you as a customer to receive a full credit. Products that are sealed due to health or hygiene reasons are exempt from the right of withdrawal if the seal is broken by the consumer.

Care of CA Andersson shall confirm that the return is allowed and that the withdrawal period has not passed before the goods are returned. We recommend that the return is made with Posten varubrev or Posten Företagspaket. The customer is responsible for return costs according to Posten's postage table and is responsible for the product until it has reached us. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery or free delivery.

If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you move the due date yourself, you do this at klarna.se. When we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the entire purchase price as soon as possible, including any shipping cost (not return shipping), but no later than within 30 days. If you have paid by invoice or Swish, we will transfer the money to your bank account. If you have paid by card, we will credit the return amount on your card.
We reserve the right to charge the costs of the handling that occurs with uncollected packages (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of a maximum of SEK 200 depending on weight if a package is not picked up. The shipment is with the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you first need to pick up the package and then return as described above.
